Mobs are proccing additional stuns now and they seem to be coming from no particular hit at all. This happens with every mob I pull that bashes me. After the stun from bash an additional stun then procs from the mob.

It is weird. I havent tracked down the issue yet tho.

NPC's are suppose to have a chance to stun from regular hits, not sure though if this was only giants/dragons and from behind.

Is the message just procing twice (like the double final blow message was afew months back but still appears time to time), and its actually 1 stun in total or the stuns really 2 stuns back to back? Anyone confirm this? might help locate the issue.
I havnt seen this happen on the blue server, maybe I just havnt noticed but might help you isolate issue

This also has been affecting pvp ex; paladin warrior sk bashes and kicks are double stunning
