Medal of Merit not working for Merchant Pricing

The Medal of Merit, the item received in Qeynos for turning in the Blackburrow Stout note off Gnasher, does not adjust prices when speaking with merchants. In fact, the item pricing offered by the merchant is actually LOWER than when not wearing it.

This item is a +5 Charisma item.

5 gold, 1 silver, 9 copper is cheaper than 5 gold, 2 silver, 3 copper. It's working :)

Sometimes it's helpful to look at prices in terms of copper.

1 plat = 1000 copper
1 gold = 100 copper
1 silver = 10 copper
1 copper = 1 copper

So 5g,1s,9c would be 519 copper.
5g, 2s, 3c would be 523 copper.

5 CHA saved you 4 copper pieces! Yay...

I know, look at the pics. The cheaper value is when I was wearing the medal of merit. :)
