I have seen Guard Jacsen and Guard Munden at the West Freeport gates spawn with the merchant graphic several times over the past few days. I have petitioned when I see it, and the guards have been reset. But even when reset, they occasionally respawn as a merchant. Today, Guide Eumonia (or Eunomia? Apologies for getting it wrong.) asked me to make a post in the bug report forum. So here it is.
