Dark Reaver proc - not transfering to character

Having recently acquired a Dark Reaver, I've noticed the proc doesn't transfer the strength it steals to the shadowknight.
**Steal Strength **
Description:
1: Decrease STR by 15 (L1) to 27 (L48)
Recourse Effect: Steal Strength
1: Increase STR by 15 (L1) to 27 (L48)

With no buffs on, waiting for the sword to proc - I get a " target weakens " message, telling me it is effecting the mob. But no increase in strength , or buff icon.

With Siphon strength active - I get the "target weakens " message, and a message telling me it has overwritten Siphon strength with Steal Strength - but no increase in strength over the original 10 from Siphon Strength.
The buff name then changes from Siphon Strength, to Siphon Strength Recourse.

After letting that fade, and letting the sword proc again, still no strength is transferred to the shadowknight. I've asked a couple other shadowknights and they too receive no buff from the Dark Reaver.

Came here and registered to report this very same issue... please SK's are shafted on their weapon (DR vs Ghoulbane) atleast our pathetic proc can work (it should be a lifetap imo...but that is neither here nor there)

Bump, Dark Reaver proc still is not working and no strength is gained. I'll even go a step further and suggest it's not taking strength away from the target either as their damage output does not seem to be effected after the proc. I'll try and duel someone and test that though.

Being an SK at heart, I will try to look into this. Its not really my area of expertise, but if I can figure out what is wrong with it, I am sure someone will be able to help me with the fix.

After testing this with a friend via duels, the proc is actually giving the strength buff to the target (the debuff portion is not present at all) and not the SK. Hope that helps ya Haynar.

I think I figured it out. I will put together a fix and do some testing. Hopefully we will get it pushed live soon.

I have a fix. It didn't get in this patch. I still have about a dozen things that I have written but have not completed testing on. I will shoot for getting this set of fixes finished up so can patch them soon.

I am not sure if you made any changes to the proc yet Haynar, but I now get this message when my DR procs.

"You feel bogus as an unknown spell accosts you."

Other than that, it appears to be behaving the same as before, no str buff for me, but the target receives a str buff instead of the siphon.

Another thing to note, I noticed I had an unknown debuff on me when I zoned after procing once. I know it was a debuff because it appeared red and I could not click it off.
