Lord Yelinak's Head Turnin (King Tormax)

On Beta you were unable to turn this in without high Tormax faction, however I do not believe this should be the case. Below are my logs of an Ogre SK from EQMac:

In summary:


1 Yelinak kill (only faction hit I received) brought the Ogre up to Apprehensively (dunno default)
Tormax at Apprehensively accepted the Head turn in and rewards the gloves
Tormax faction hit from Gloves turnin was sufficient to bring me from Apprehensively to Amiable


I believe the minimum faction for this quest is wrong right now and the faction from the turnin could probably use a review.

they tweaked velious factions to ease em late luclin.

Evidence where? Didn't see comments about high faction in allakhazam.

I could see that, but would like to see some posts about it.
