I have a bard that has just recently just hit lv55.

The three or four times I've hit Deftdance it has not been auto-dodging; the first time I was summoned and assume something hit me from behind; but the other times I've made sure that the monsters were standing directly in front of me; and every time I've used it I've not dodged an attack once within those 18 seconds.

Auto duel-wield seems to work fine but mobs in front of me aren't meant to be able to hit me for 18 seconds. My dodge skill is 140;

I used this disc in Halls of Testing today - and it did work.

The difference between it working and not working is:

Clicking Deftdance from Combat Abilities -> Works
Clicking Deftdance from Hotbar3 -> Does not work

This is still broken (temperamental)

Clicked from Combat Abilities - dodge was about normal (without disc), and 90% of mob attacks got through - it certainly wasn't anywhere close to "auto-dodge"

This just happened with Puretone - Clicked on Combat Abilities - All Disciplines turned yellow but "No Effect" displayed instead of the counter.
And now it's on an hour refresh.

NB: I found the problem -> you have to turn off all songs before using disciplines.
If songs are playing it just activates the cooldown without giving the discipline buff.

Not sure if this is the correct functionality or not, but when do bards not have songs turned on? =]

make a macro

line 1: /stopcast, /pause 2
line 2: /disc deftdance

etc
