Summon to incorrect Z-axis

This has only happened to me twice ever, the first being immediately after the Halloween patch in the same camp and this time tonight. Mobs like to cut corners through walls in here, I figure he summoned me in the wall and it put me at the nearest z axis I wouldn't fall through?
