Chipped Bone Rods? Any Vendors yet???

I know that a patch in vel they had added Chipped Bone Rods to some Vendors, is this so with p99 yet?

they are sold in Thurgadin on the potion merchant, so this is already in game, fyi.

before they fixed it you used to be able to buy them off a vendor in one of the karanas, dunno if she sells em again now or not, this was years ago

I always bought them from Merchant Uueas (or whatever) next to Kelethin bank. Same guy I got my invis potions from. I didn't even realize they sold that crap in PoK until well into House of Thule.
