Axe of the slayers usable by rangers???

Going through my wayback machine i saw a listing as axe of the slayers being ranger usable at one point of time here is the link along with the other weapons etc

I could find no further research indicating this was ranger usable.

If additional evidence is found, will investigate a new thread.
