I don't have any waybacked links but this quest never changed afaik.
Turning in the 3 Bayle Lists to Rathmana Allin along with 20 gold pieces was supposed to return a translated list. The bastard just ate up all my items and gave nothing back. I gave the 3 lists at the same time as 20 gp, I was indifferent (he sells me stuff np) so I don't see what the problem could be :( .

Fixed, pending update.

Note: Rathmana doesn't actually need the 20gp in addition to the bayle lists. On live, he gives the $ back to you. I imagine it was originally written with the 20gp in mind, but that doesn't allow for MQing his other quest which requires 30gp and the text was never changed.
