Skill bug?

Message said I have raised tracking to 82, but when I check my skill list, it is capped at 20, is this a bug?

My character is a level 21 Halfling Druid.

This is still a thing? I'm getting skillup messages but my skills page is stuck on 20. Anyone know a way to resolve this or a way to view actual skill outside of the skills window?

Still a thing, try checking with your guild master to see where you're really at.
