Hasten Bootstrutter bug?

Hello there, I've had an issue with Hasten... I've been trying to get these boots for the past couple of weeks and I finally got everything in order to complete this turn in. After finding Hasten and chasing him down, then handing him everything that he needs; The Rapier, the Ring and the gold... he ate EVERYTHING and kept on running leaving me with nothing but a raised blood pressure and a very bad taste in my mouth. I've left a petition but still have not heard from a GM. Please, if there is anything that could be done I would love to hear from you.

When you say petition, did you /petition in game or make a petition here (http://www.project1999.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=25)asking for reimbursement?

You need to make sure you submitted a petition via the petition/exploit sub-forum (link above) and include character name, account name, date and time of quest failure. If you have any logs or a screenshot, that would probably be helpful too. They do not do reimbursements via in-game petitions.
