camera angles slightly off

scroll out of first person and hold right click to bring camera above your character. maybe its just me, but the camera isnt directly behind the character, instead slightly angled to one side, is this normal ?

Its supposed to be over the shoulder.

third person views aren't classic anyways. don't use them.
