Yep the earliest dates I see associated with it are early 2001.

So, I'm down with removing the fallen noble till Velious, thus breaking it on p99 until that time. Existing hammers can remain due to being distributed at gm events. Additionally, it won't be available on the pvp server till that time.

I do not feel a proccing item which didn't exist prior to Velious should be around till it historically should. Especially for pvp.

I got a visiting priestess (http://wiki.project1999.com/A_Visiting_Priestess) to spawn, and she conned amiably and responded to hails, but alas, nothing happened once I handed in my four staves. This should've resulted in quest dialog and a note for the next part of the quest, but they were all eaten.

hmm when I did this quest I handed her all 4 and a bag appeared on the ground

this was in 2010 when the quest was active - it is currently not active and the fallen noble in MM does not spawn ( blood for final incantation )

When the fallen noble returns - the quest should work again

The way the quest was written requires to hand in the 4 staves simultaneously. This is fixed, pending update (should be multiquestable).

-fallen noble now has a chance to spawn in mistmoore. ~march2001 timeline.
-Also added missing dialogue, faction hits.

So has anyone actually seen the Fallen Noble yet? It's spawn loc is next to the bench near the fountain where the Cloaked Dhampyre spawns, correct?

your location is correct - it is the spawn point right as you enter dhamp, and in front of the bench.

The turn in worked perfectly, but the priestess' dialog seems to be broken or missing:

[Thu Apr 28 12:11:09 2016] You say, 'i haven't heard of this relic'
[Thu Apr 28 12:11:26 2016] You say, 'i have heard of this relic'
[Thu Apr 28 12:11:29 2016] You say, 'what relic?'

Fixed her dialogue for the next patch.

Until then, she will respond to:

heard of the relic
or
not*heard ('not' in addition to 'heard')


After the patch she will respond to:

'heard' without 'not' being mentioned
or
not*heard ('not' in addition to 'heard')

Well, I just turned in the Staff pieces all at once after going through the quest text responses but I did not get the Scroll in return. I have put a petition in, just not sure if any GMs are on.

She is currently waving two of the Staffs at me. Would she have all 4 of them on her if I killed her?
