First order of business:
Call of Sky appears to be missing its pushback component, as far as I can tell?
Lucy (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spell.html?spell=1465)
Push Back: 1
Second item:
I'm gonna be a complete hypocrite by trying to disprove the source I just cited, but I'm almost certain that Call of Sky Strike wasn't an actual stun. I would specifically use Call of Sky when not tanking because Call of Fire was too much aggro.
Comments on an admittedly Luclin item (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=16172)
Actually, it is 35 DD + small knockback.
Small knockback = interrupt
this isnt a stun. Just a 35dd proc. As a level 60 ranger ive never seen it interrupt a spell. Either me using it or other rangers. Its a nifty spell but nothing special
Call of Sky is a 35DD + 1foot Knockback, not a stun, and it has a VERY small chance to interrupt casting. Call of Fire (55 spell) is the one that stuns, also has a 65dd, and interrupts casting just like a stun spell FYI ;)
Another not classic source (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spell.html?spell=1461)
Anyone know what the actual effect of this proc is? Thanks.
Update: 35 DD and small knockback.
The era-appropriate comments I can find aren't as explicit.

mix this w/ call of sky, and you wind up getting proc's near constantly... if it isn't a 35dd proc plus knockback, it'll be a 60dd w/ an ac debuff

its proc along with Call of Sky (level 39 spell, gives all equipped weapons a chance to proc a 35 point DD with a 1 foot knockback <and possibly a VERY quick stun, according to some)can really help with damage dealing.
