Mino Patriarch doesn't spawn near Raster

The Minotaur Patriarch doesn't spawn near Raster of Guk in lowerguk. This guide (http://www.castle-grounds.co.uk/eq/raster.htm)makes no mention of the Mino patriarch despite outlining all of the spawns. Allakhazam (http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=3460)has only one mention of the Minotaur Patriarch spawning near raster. I was told he had a place holder near rastar could someone add to this is this the 3 mino room where he spawns? This doesn't sound very convincing. All the other comments that refer to the location of the Patriarch say he spawns in the maze. On p1999 he actually does spawn in the maze in addition to spawning near Raster. So there can be 2 Patriarchs up at once, something unusual enough that I think would be mentioned on Allakhazam.

The Minotaur Elder who spawns near Raster is caster but doesn't appear to be on p1999. According to an Allakhazam (http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=1398)comment, the Elder is a cleric. He is a cleric. Just killed him... only spell he got off was Bravery (24 CLR spell), unless there is another spell that gives the message 'Soandso looks brave.'

Bump. Also, another thing I noticed is that Raster's ph is always a Mino. According to Bodi's guide it has an 85% chance to be a mino, 10% chance to be a frog and 5% chance to be raster.

It has been noted that the PH is 85% likely to be a Mino, 10% to be a Froglok, and 5% to be Raster

I can't honestly say how patriarch worked in live, didn't hunt on live side much then. But, I spent a good 5ish levels in the mino area, and i'm 99% certain he can spawn in any mino spot. We'd often kill him, then our puller would see him pop somewhere else and pull him again. I had like 8 azure sleeves at one point, and so did most of my regular group. We never saw two patriarchs up at once, so idk if there is a server check that doesn't let him spawn if he's already up, but we'd often see him immediately after already killing him though.
He CAN spawn right in the 3 mino room, and even right next to Raster, I've seen it a couple times. I wasn't sure by your post if you are saying he should or should not be doing that.

I meant to say that the mino patriarch didn't spawn anywhere near Raster on live. On p1999 he can spawn as a roamer right next to Raster.
