BB: Peg Leg & a lesser spirit

Every time you kill Peg Leg, a lesser spirit (who starts the shm epic) spawns on top of his corpse. This can make the camp rather annoying, since he doesn't despawn unless killed (or by going thru the convo to get the gem and despawn him). Regardless, alot of times I go thru there or try to camp some dorf bloods, the damn wolves keep stacking up there until they swarm the area.

I don't think Blinde the Cutpurse spawned the lesser spirit. Not sure about the guy in OOT who also should.

GM's please take a look over at the bandit camp in BB. There's currently about 2 dozen Lesser Spirits up. I don't think they are despawning correctly.

I added a despawn timer of 120 seconds to him after he spawns. This should give shamans time to complete their epic when Kunark comes.

This went down at BB months back:

A lesser spirit begins to cast a spell.
You crush some other bandit nearby for this and that points of damage.
AOE hammer procs gogog AOE hammer!
Some other bandit nearby was hit by 62 points of non-melee damage.
A lesser spirit was hit by 62 points of non-melee damage.
You have slain a lesser spirit!
Your faction standing with TrueSpirit got worse.
You say to your guild, 'uh oh'

...Or will epic factions not be exact total pinpoint accurate must-be-just-that-much-when-starting come Kunark? Think TrueSpirit is SK epic, and they're apprehensives now. Brute scared he'll end up like Fansy and never get his epic.
