White dragon helm effect off by 10 mr

White dragon helm should be giving 30 mr total. 10 from stats and 20 from endure magic. However MR is only going up 20 when it is equipped vs when it is not and nothing is in the slot. Unless there is something I am missing and only 1 of them active.

Not sure if it is related or what level char you used it on but:

I used an invandyr hoop on a lvl 1 on red at one point and it drained like 30 damage instead of the listed spell minimum

It just took however many off it gains in damage per level all the way down to 1

that ain't right

if a lvl 1 uses one, it should do 132 (spell min) and not 48 or whatever happened
