Imbue Amber not Cleric usable

This spell shouldn't be deity restricted (neither should any other imbue spell), but it's also not cleric usable for some reason. Clerics can use it on Live and Lucy history shows no changes to classes for the spell.

Healers (cleric, druid, shaman) can call down the blessing of their deity upon a gem with the use of a level 29 spell. (For Solusek Ro, it is a wizard spell.) Each healer can only scribe and cast the imbue spell for the gem specific to their deity, after which a tradesperson can use the imbued gem in crafting deity-specific items. (The tradesperson does not need to worship a specific deity in order to craft items for that deity.)

These imbue spells are deity-specific according to this EQT capture from October 2001. Also, this link lends evidence that all priest classes should be able to scribe a deity-specific imbue spell.

Were CT worshiping erudite clerics possible in classic? pretty sure they were the only clerics in live that could be CT followers, but I could be wrong.

This previous bug post (http://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=167117&highlight=imbue+amber) confirms that it was bugged so that deity was not actually required to cast the spell. It was not fixed until 2002 (and even then, you could still cast it if you had scribed the spell before then).

Regardless, Cleric is missing.

Oddly enough the imbue amber spell was not actually usable by clerics when it first came out.
However it was fixed by this point in the timeline.
