Royal Scribe Kaaven--No Head

Hello.

I hope this is the right forum. I posted in Velious Beta, too. Wikki lists Royal Scribe Kaaven in Icewell keep to drop head of scribe "always." http://wiki.project1999.com/Royal_Scribe_Kaavin. The last 4 spawns he has not dropped the head. Please help.
