So I was at the Chardok Royals splitting yesterday and things seemed a little strange so I did some experiments, and as far as I can tell the server now ticks every 1.5 seconds rather than every 6 seconds. You can verify this for yourself: go sit in front of a green con mob and it will attack you within 1.5 seconds, not 6.
TBH, I'm not sure what is classic here or if this just kind of happened, but it has a pretty big impact. Already in VP for example when you train up a mob can run by another without aggroing in 1.5 seconds. If the timer was increased to 6, this would happen more frequently and make these extremely not classic train pulls a bit harder.
