I just came back from a long break, pre Velious and at that time I had been camping Travis Two Tones in Nektulos forest. He was on a timer of somewhere between 5 - 8 min. Now when I kill him he doesn't re-spawn. At least not in any time frame I'm willing to sit and wait which was at least 30 min once. Is he bugged or has his timer been altered?
