The "Froglok Shin Warrior" in Firiona Vie appears, in fact, to be spawning as a shaman.
The following links seem to suggest that it should be a warrior:

However, given the above sources, I'm a bit skeptical.
Magelo seems to think it could be both:

Still, given the number of shaman frogs running around in the same zone, it's likely been mislabeled.
