Many new adventurers pass by the bank on their way out to Gfay, and he used to be the best way to quickly get from 1-5 (especially with a SoW), and used to award nearly 3pp a hand in. Devs fixed it, but 12-16gp still isn't terrible :p

Seller of enchanter spells and an erudite, he stands next to Justin Rhymes (close guess) but Justin is either on bard faction or Highkeep faction...either way he's not selling to evils without sneak applied :p

I've seen over 10,000 FS short swords on him before.

Some good guesses above but the broken horn pissed unicorn is the answer. On live she made the Nybright sisters uncampable for me - had a huge aggro range, and would HT (effectively a DT) without you even seeing her :p Still one of my favorite lore NPCs in the game tho
