Unable to fish in Sleeper's Tomb

I am not able to fish in sleepers tomb. It casts the pole and gives the splash graphic but it never activates the fishing text.

EQTC in era says you should be able to catch fish in ST. Probably already known but I have it open so I'll post it here too.

Still unable to fish in ST 10/29/25. Splash graphic occurs, Trying to catch land sharks perhaps? Message appears.

Have you tried fishing while not invis? Assuming so but just stood out on your screenshot

The only thing I can think of is there is some kind of zone glitch where there is an illusion over the water (such as a pit trap or hidden passage) but with an empty graphic, then somewhere along the lines in the code it is letting you fish because there is visible water but you "casted" on top of a wall/floor so you are receiving a fail?

Is that the only area to fish in ST?
