It seems that the Heretic Heads (https://wiki.project1999.com/Heretic_Heads) quest has a bug where sometimes it gives no reward at all.
I tried it recently, and received neither a Swiftclaw Sash or a Kejekan Tribal Headband in return. I did receive faction, exp, & money though, just neither of the two rewards.
I asked the zone, and someone else said that he ran into the same issue. Don't think this quest it supposed to return no reward at all.
