Siltria Marwind (http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=205) appears to have a bugged quest trigger, and is not responding to nor handing over the letter to be delivered with the proper phrase being quoted "I will deliver mail to Kelethin."

I'm not able to receive the Mail. I've used the correct triggers.
