Creating Woven Mandrake bugged

I bought 2 mandrake root from Dargon in Halas and tried to combine them in a large sewing kit. This doesn't work. It's suppossed to create woven mandrake according to eqtraders. Any ideas? I bought them in Halas and really need this recipee to work to get tailoring up. :(

Is this supposed to be in game ever? earliest reference I can find for it is in September 2002.

Pretty sure this wasn't in game till later when they added the major stat food, since it's a component for making Picnic Baskets.
