24/25 per tic is Scourge. Affliction has been too powerful for the duration of this server.

My Tainted Breath (8 Damage a tick) spell now ticks for more than my Affliction (6 Damage a tick) at level 21. This seems too low, is this a permanent change?

Poison should ALWAYS do more damage than it's disease counterpart since poison usually costs more mana, does more damage, but lasts like half the time.

Disease spells should be long lasting, do less damage with each tick, but do more damage over the longer period of time.

That's how it "should" be.

I never remembered orc fanatics destroying me with affliction the way they did on this server, in all the hours I spent in highpass. Now everything makes sense.

You're aware that this is a classic server right?

Doing an affliction now is:

1,4min duration = 84secs = 14 Ticks.

14 Tick * 6 dmg = 84 dmg !!! At level 19, you believe it is classic??

Also happen the same with Shicken, now do 2dmg/tick and cost 30!!! mana.

And Spirit Strike have the same dmg but changed the mana from 44 to 70. I think the shaman wasnt overpowered before and doesnt deserve that.

So.. this isn't a bug. Look at the links provided to you above.

Yeah, I used to be able to kill 2-3 Deepwater Crocs before the Affliction Bug/Nurf. Now it takes me 65% mana to kill one. Thats not even including Resists and Fizzles. I hope this gets fixed. I loved Soloing when LFG...now it just makes me sad.

You have to prove that something is actually broken before they can fix it.

It's not bugged, unfortunately, it just correctly does awful damage.

As many have already said, this is the way it is "supposed" to be, ala the original game. Shamans are slow starters in life - definitely underpowered until at least 24. They don't really begin to shine until 34, but the wait is worth it. This is one of the most versatile and powerful classes that one can play in the higher levels.
