I spent several hours getting my faction up in Ogguk so I could do the Stein of Mogguk quest and I finally got my faction up to none KOS (Dubiously or better without DE illusion) and as a result I am now KOS in Kaladim and have to be careful in BBM.
As of Feb 14-15 I am KOS again in Ogguk when I should not be. Its like my faction as reset somehow and I am back to scowling.
Thanks for your attention to this matter.

Did is also happen to effect your Kaladim faction? I'm just curious if faction were all reset to a previous state, or if they all just went down.

Actually I'm still KOS in Kaladim... so only my faction in Ogguk got effected it seems.

What were you doing to raise your faction with Oggok? What were you killing? Give more details please. Also, were you using DE illusion while running around in BBM?

To get my faction up with Ogguk I was killing Dimlore Stormhammer in the minotaur caves in Steamfont, this took a while to get to non kos in Ogguk since I'm Erudite. As a result I became scowling in Kaladim/BBM and Dubious in Ogguk without any illusion form.
The only time I use my DE illusion form is in Ogguk since that should raise my faction even higher. I don't user DE form at all in Kaladim or BBM.
I should also mention that I have not killed anything or done any quests that would lower my faction in Ogguk.
Hope that helps!

It's worth noting that when you are trying to determine the value of a variable, if you do something to a fraction on one side of an equation, you must do the same on the other side. Otherwise you end up with an incorrect solution. I think this may be your problem.
