Lenka's Puch quest giving wrong faction. (Part 2)

I just did the L.S. Pouch quest and received Negative faction for all Halas factions and positive for Steel warriors. These should all be positive faction.

Just tested this again, and now it is giving faction+ to Wolves, Shamen, Merchants of Halas. Not sure if something changed or something was "odd" last time I did it (at least I know I'm bottomed out with those factions, as they could not get any worse).

This can be moved to resolved.
