If you talk to Plagus, and give the proper prompts, he will give you the letter to bring to Milea Clothspinner in East Karana.

However, if you give the letter to Milea, she'll just eat it. No reward, no comment, nada.

Well there was a whole other quest portion for Milea that was missing.

-Fixed Hopeless love quest.
-added appropriate random rewards based on allakhazam posts
-fixed faction rewards
-added money reward for sealed letter

-Fixed Clothspinner sisters quest portion for Melia
-created Guard Elias, he will now spawn, have dialogue, and then kill Milea according to the story.
