Queen Raltaas spawn mechanics and timers explain?

Good evening p99 Devs, I have questions on the new Patch. I dont understand what this means and was wondering if you can explain Queen Raltaas spawn. Is she a 5 days spawns now or stable spawn where we kill Place holders?

Working on finishing Queen Raltaas script.

I see notes for her existing spawn tied to march2001. As far as I know, she started spawning with Velious release. Any info about this?
