Missing NPC in North Freeport: Zigg Flinn

Zigg Flinn should spawn in the blue building in the southeast corner across from Jade.

This is the infamous gnome that would kos evils as they zoned in North Freeport.

Earliest post about him on Alla is Sep 23 2000, I will see if I can find earlier elsewhere.

It looks like him being in the corner is a post-Luclin thing.

In-era he actually replaces Jade, and she disappears until Luclin is released:
