Not sure if it's a bug.

But a lot of the lanterns in Kaladim arnt illuminating light.

Either that, Or the Infravision isn't working as well as it's suppose to.

Was going to post this too and forgot. The torches in (south) Kaladim work but the lanterns do not seem to be giving off light.
