PGT, No stat changes with weaken

So last night I was streaming me killing a few gnolls, one had a dagger of dropping but when my polished granite tomahawk proc'ed there was no buff, no stat changes, BUT the shielding effect did happen!

@2:02:44 the gnoll had replaced frenzy with weaken and then ate through the shielding effect so then I go check my stats at this time when the buff is completely gone.

@2:03:09 I get a new frenzy without buff icon and watching further shows that a shield is absorbing the blows with no changes to my stats.

My PGT seemed to be working fine in Guk last night, but you describe a situation where frenzy fires without an icon, something that I wouldn't have noticed unless I was paying attention. I'll play around with it when I get home later see if I can reproduce it.

For what it's worth when I do get the icon everything functions ok - i get the shield and the +str -agi and when the shield is gone the effects disappear.

I’m thinking it may affect all str debuffs that overwrite PGT per their icons only the shielding happens you just don’t get the +str/-agi as well still makes a great tanking wep prolly mine of choice till 50.
