Training Meditate Before Level Requirement

I was able to train meditate prior to the level requirement. It did produce an error "Error: Skill at cap value, training failed..." however I still was able to keep training it and get the skill up to level 20, and meditating appears to give me a significant regen of mana at level 5 per tick.

I keep getting skill error when trying to train it, and it's stuck at 0 although I always hit the button. Very confusing business...

Once you zone the skill is gone and those skill points are lost forever.

It shouldn't be trainable before level requirement is met.
