Bard Epic isnt procing on group members.

Recently I've noticed that my bard epic isn't procing on anyone else in my group. It still procs fine for the bard, but honestly the buff is useless if your group members don't get the buff as well.

Same issue with Siren Song, Dagger of the Sea proc. It used to land on group members now I get a spell did not take hold message for group members.

Never mind just needed to turn target group buff off

:)Yeah sorry I figured it out now you have to /targetgroupbuff on or /tragetbroupbuff off. Gooluck!:)

Interesting fix. I don't believe this is intentional. TGB should have no impact on bards unless I'm completely missing something.

Confused the hell out of a group I was in a while back when epic wasn't landing.
