Apparently Unrest is supposed to have locked doors in classic Pre-Kunark.

LantisTranquilsong "The key was used to unlock the doors in unrest. Back in the early days there were around 4 locked doors in Unrest."

They certainly were. I remember needing key for the barroom and the tower, specifically

If there were locked doors in Unrest it must have been only in beta or for a short time after launch. You'll need evidence, I don't see any in the mailings lists or newsgroups.

Over the ages, I have gathered quite a collection of keys from mobs in
unrest. Most of which are labeled H.K. (house key?) with a number following
it. To my dismay, I cannot locate any locked doors in the entire zone. Yes,
I have searched the entire house as well as the basement and spelunker cave.
Anyone have any ideas what the keys are for? One theory is for use in Kedge
Keep. Thanks

Unrest locked doors were a beta only thing.
In the last year or so Daybreak patched their TLP servers to include the locked doors from beta. But they never existed on a live server prior to this.

I never played beta. So it was not.
