Blackburrow gnolls have really long reach when shot with bow

I'll be at max range, tag a mob with the bow, and occasionally get hit while they are still max range away. Happens very frequently.

A lot of gnolls in blackburrow are armed with bows themselves and will shoot back at a ranged puller.
