When I attempt to pick pocket guards in Rivervale and Misty Thicket on Green I receive no success or fail message, it's as if I had never used the skill at all. Afterwards, I am unable to target any NPCs, and when I try to use any other skill (such as Sneak or Hide) I receive a "You can not use this skill at this time..." message. Zoning seems to reset things and I can use my skills/target things again. I've had no trouble pick pocketing from other NPCs like goblins and bixies.
