Targin the Rock [Archive]

Targin and his PH ('a greater kobold', not to be confused with 'greater kobold') should despawn at 7AM and repop at 8AM. This spawn cycle is currently not in game, which leaves me to wonder if Targin himself is in game yet or not. He should have dropped with the Sol Ro patch.

I see this cycle as in game and working, starting at Oct1999.
