Date of Era Evidence:
January 20, 2000 Patch Notes.

Era Extract:
*Rogue Enhancement*
Whenever a rogue is invisible, whether by spell, potion, or skill, they are now
also invisible to undead.
This change was made to add a definite class-advantage to the rogue, allowing
them to do something that no other class could do. It is the first step in a
multi-step process to improve the rogue class.

Issue:
Listed functionality is not present on P99.

Correction:
Add the functionality as described.

(Posting the following to confirm this was in game well past the projects timeline)

Later Era Extract:
"A rogue with either Invis or IVU on him counts as having both." -ShadowCross Safehouse Administrator (July 01 2004)

That must be a test server patch because there was not a patch on that day in 2001.

Try January 20th 2000. It was not a test patch, it was the plane of sky release patch.

whoops - I was on the wrong year! :D Though the archive I have doesn't have anything for January. Probably just incomplete. http://www.tski.co.jp/baldio/patch/19992002.php

This is a sky era issue, so green will be encountering it too now.
