BUG Bard Training PickLocks

Hi there,

Reaching the level to learn PickLocking with my bard, I went to the Bard Guild in Freeport. Whatever skilltraining NPC gives me the same error when I try to add a point into the skill.

Actually I am level 11, the skill is at zero. When I use a training point in it, the game tells me :
"You have learned the basics of Pick Lock"
Error : Skill at cap value, training failed.

Of course 0 is not what I would call a "cap value" (or just remove the skill then...) :)
Also I lost 5 or 6 training points with this bug, which is not really fun...

Ok I found the answer I think.

The game tells me (through trainers) that the skill is lvl 10
The WIKI tells me that ards can learn PickLocking at lvl 40

The level makes sense, the only potential "BUG" is to see this displayed as a lvl 10 skill in the game :)
