Druid tracking

Druid tracking is capped at 20 at launch, and raised to 50 come Plane of Sky patch. It is later raised to 125 months after Velious release.

I tried to get a skill up for about 20 minutes with no avail.

Needs a patch. From what I gather, only Rogean can patch the server.
