Evil Research bug

I just gave 2 Greater Lightstones to Smith Tv'ysa on the Green server and she just ate them. No faction message, no experience, no Concordance of Research. I did the second GL just to be certain I was giving it to the right person and no mistake was made.

I've done this quest many times before without any problems. She cons Warmly to me.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Was it because you handed in 2 instead of 1 ? I have always handed in 1 at a time.

No, I handed in 1 and got nothing. I double checked everything and then handed in the second, triple checking I was handing it in to the right person, and still, nothing.

I see now in the Green server forum that they turned off quest xp for the first month of Kunark to prevent anticipated exploiting. Maybe when they did this something went wrong and it disabled all quest rewards for this quest.

Quest EXP is currently disabled. We don't know if it's a month long or until an iksar get's high enough level(60).
I can't speak to the rest of the bug report.
