Hey there!
It appears that since the recent patch on Nov 6th, the Plane of Hate mini-bosses were affected. Previously, the mini-bosses shared seven spawns points (after a quake, seven mini's would be up). Since the patch, I've been monitoring closely and I can only account for four mini boss spawns.
I noticed this was in the patch notes:
"Telin: Decrepit hide, essence of a vampire, Kedge backbone, and Staff of Elemental Mastery: Fire should no longer drop out of era."
I'm wondering if the spawns were inadvertently affected somehow.
