The item Research Notes - Part 1 is currently dropping off kly in Dalnir. This is for the Luclin era quest, Al'Kabor's Research (https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=1566).
The various research notes were removed from loot tables at one point per this thread (https://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31245), so this may only be an issue on Green.
