Wake of Tranquility

This spell should have a 7 minute duration like Pacify. It was changed with the same patch to be 7 ticks. Pacify was corrected, but this was not. Would love to see it restored to the pre-2003 duration.

Had someone test on blue, and I tested on green to confirm. On both servers, it incorrectly has a 7-8 tick duration.
