June 24th approx between 12am-1am Eastern Me (account Synerrgy) and my friend (account Trentrez who is IP exempted when he comes over to play) were at my place grouped in CT when all of a sudden every group in the instance got disbanded. Trentrez then could not re-join the group, so he logged out and then tried to re-enter and got the 1018 error that says he has a character still logged in on the server. The next day when I tried to log onto Green it says my IP has a temp block on it.
I've confirmed neither account is suspended, so I think some weird bug has happened since he was over at my place gaming.?
Hopefully, we can get some help resolving this, any help and or suggestions is appreciated!
